We’ve made it through the shortest days of winter, but getting through January can be tough. Despite the short days and the cold weather, it is important to take care of your mental health. Fight the winter blues and improve your mental health by trying one of the many wellness activities in the Madison area this month. Here are 11 to get you started.

This meditation class is specifically designed for those who identify as men. UW Health is hosting this meditation event virtually to provide an opportunity to engage men in the world of mindfulness—an area in which they may not always feel represented. General meditation
